Find the full draw for the 2022 World Cup made this Friday in Doha.
On November 21, the opening match of the 2022 World Cup will pit the host country, Qatar, against Ecuador. In group A, these two teams will also face two big chunks with the Netherlands and Senegal, freshly champions of Africa. In group B, England will find the United States as at the 2010 World Cup (0-0 in pools).
In Group C, which directly concerns that of France for the knockout phase, Argentina will be opposed to Mexico, Poland and Saudi Arabia. A new round of 16 between France and the band of Lionel Messi cannot therefore be ruled out, as in 2018 (4-3). In the other part of the table, counting nations that the Blues will avoid until the final, Spain and Germany will face each other in a group E which also includes Japan. In the round of 16, the two European giants will be able to find Belgium, who will be favorites of a solid group with Croatia, Morocco and Canada.
Finally, Brazil finds a group almost identical to the one it had in 2018 with Switzerland and Serbia, to which is added Cameroon, which the Auriverdes had faced at home in 2014. In the last group, Portugal and Uruguay, who met in the round of 16 in 2018 (2-1 victory over Uruguay) will be the headliners of Group H against South Korea and Ghana, obviously revengeful after the hand by Luis Suarez in 2010.
